Asking for online pass (but my is PC digital version) since I downloaded Citadel DLC

Can anyone help? I have the Digital N7 delux version for PC. Have been playing it since its release last year. Got all DLC, free or paid. But since I downloaded the latest Citadel DLC, it keeps on asking for online pass. I have emailed EA. There is no response. I have even tried to phone the helpline but I was kept on hold everytime. I found on the internet that even if I uninstall it and re-download it will not solve the problem. I am nuts about the mulitplayer. What happen if I buy another license and use that code? Will I keep all existing DLC or those DLC only work for the other license? Can anyone help?

    Same deal as cecilialundberg. today was fine until I finished the challenge. No pack rewards. I did the N7HQ repair, relogged in, then now I need an online pass? WTF?

  • Same here, after downloading Citadel today i cannot autorize this DLC, i tried conntact  online support but EA guy Henry told me to call to the America to some specfic number, but im from middle europe i dont want to call to the other side of planet to play what i paid for...(and they did not work at weekends)

    All DLC before (i ihave all of them) were running just fine, and now im quite angry. But it looks like im not only one who have this problem so it may be related to EA server problems they have with SimCity. Will see after day or two.

  • Hi, I was thinking along the same line.  I only know the problem they have with Simcity when I saw the news on my BBC news app. Thinking back, my problem did happen around the same time.

    Refer to my earlier post on this thread regarding the need to get tech help on this issue.

    Get your Skype account up[Admin. Edit] Please contact support via this link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
    . The call will dial and at the bottom of the screen there is an icon for 'show dial pad' hit that and press 1 when call goes through (only if you already have a case number). Then spill your guts toll free.

    Once you have a case running and they ask you for more information such as screen shots you can upload them through help.ea.com

    My game developed problems after Reckoning DLC, so it's not related to Sims.

    I just got help with my problem by contacting the online chat. There wasn't much of a queue at this time of day. The support staff only had to update my online pass.

    So problem solved for me. Hope you guys get yours fixed too!
