Bioware doesn't recognize my special edition online pass
I downloaded the online pass for mass effect 3, went through all the steps... Multiple times because I thought I was doing something wrong. The code is not recognized as a special edition code And won't list the soundtrack for download. I have tried to email ea and they not responded. I am so upset with the way they set this up, I pay extra money for the extra content and all I get is hours of frustration and no answers.

From what I can see in your ticket, you should have an answer from an EA Games Advisor. The soundtrack should be available for you.
Can you please check if you can see it in the "Game Details" page for Mass Effect 3 in Origin?
