@TheBamCake This workaround worked for me! Playing on Insanity, and I thought I was just being cheeky by hiding behind the door and regrouping, but it definitely made a difference. Just hide behind the cover of the small crate and spam Overload on him if you have it to get his shields down. Thanks so much!
Successful work around...finally after numerous attempts.
Started the Seren fight and boogied thru the big door, dealt with the ads and wore Seren down a bit, then moved back into open area to finish him. No black screen! Apparently finishing him off while in side room triggers the bug.
