Bought andromeda points, where are they?
I purchased 2 andromeda points add ons from the Canadian ps store, one for 1050 and one 2150, and i have yet to see them in my multiplayer account. I called support yesterday and they told me to wait...

I talked to EA Help yesterday and they told me to wait 24 hours, but from other comments it looks like that doesn’t help.
If like me, Playstation confirmed your purchase but hasn’t been able to transfer the licenses to the game, you can ask for a refund with EA by raising a case online and providing proof of purchase:

Playstation Support told me they could refund it too.

Thanks, I just don't understand why the microtransactions are still available if they don't actually work anymore. I want a refund but I would rather have the in game assets I originally purchased. Should I reach out to playstayion support?
that’s what I find most frustrating, there is nothing in the game to prevent you trying to buy points, and they still aren’t showing up. There is not even a rough timeframe for a fix or any further details about the problem from EA.
Playstation weren’t able to transfer the points for me because it was an EA problem, and EA can’t either apparently. I tried all that proof of purchase stuff with EA Support today but they just told me to go to Playstation Support for a refund.
Absolute shambles to be honest
Yeah, I was informed by EA today that they couldn't do anything for me. They said that the issue was 'rare' and that they couldn't grant me the in game assets or the refund. I went to Sony and they helped me troubleshoot. Unfortunately it didn't work and they gave me the full refund, but Sony was very understanding. I guess I can't buy andromeda points which means if I want anything in the multiplayer I will have to grind bronze and silver for hours and hours to open one or two of the reserve or arsenal packs. I was hoping to get a little help from a good gun or character but I guess im stuck with the uncommon or common items for a while ☹️
I just think it's so bizarre. I have bought other in game currencies from EA no problem like in Fifa but there's something wrong with MEA's points. Shame.
I used to be able to buy points fine, I don’t know what’s happened or why EA is not fixing it. I will keep on at them though.
Hopefully points will come back sometime soon!
