Bug - Achievements not unlocking on Xbox One X after leaving the Citadel

Ever since leaving the Citadel on ME1 on Xbox One X -  I am no longer getting achievements for anything. I'm pretty sure there is a glitch because I finished the mission to get Liara but did not get the achievement, same with the achievements for doing missions with allies. Have tried restarting and that did not fix the issue, I really don't want to keep playing and have to go back and re-do things to get the achievements. Is there a fix for this yet or does anyone know what I could do to fix this? I've seen a couple of other posts about achievement issues so it looks like it isn't just me.
