BUG: Dialogue audio cuts off sometimes

In addition to the voice sync issues some people have mentioned, I've also noticed that dialogue audio sometimes prematurely cuts off (usually just at the end of someone's dialogue).

Yep, playing on Xbox one. Dialogue cuts off at the end of sentences but the subtitles continue

Subtitles only in ME1 and ME2 not in ME 3
