    @Shashankvk  Just in case it really is that simple, can you manually exit the Normandy and emerge on the planet?  The airlock is towards the front of the ship, to the left just before you get to Joker.

J’ai le même probleme!! Impossible d’atterrir.

      @puzzlezaddict Chaque fois que j'essaie d'atterrir sur Feros ou Noveria, l'animation d'ouverture joue et l'icône de sauvegarde automatique apparaît et je suis de retour en Normandie juste après cela. De plus, l'option d'atterrir n'apparaît plus sur la planète. C'est le cas de Noveria et de Feros. Une fois que je suis renvoyé en Normandie après la cinématique d'ouverture, je ne peux plus atterrir sur aucune des planètes, même si je voyage ailleurs et reviens.

        @hibou9318  It is normal to reappear on the Normandy.  You have to walk through the bridge and turn left immediately before you get to Joker.  The airlock should open and let you through.
