BUG: ME3 - Kaidan, Huerta Memorial, Piano Music Clashing

Question

When visiting Kaidan for the first time at Huerta Memorial Hospital (before seeing the Council), I encountered a bug where two sets of different Piano music started to play at the same time and ruined the somber scene of a female romanced Shephard taking to him while he is asleep. The music clashed and sounded awful.

Platform: Xbox One X

I just had the exact same problem on the PlayStation version.

I had a similar issue in the Citadel DLC. There's a track that plays when Shepard wakes up. The music didn't stop before the final scene, so two tracks were playing at the same time, which ruined the scene.
