[BUG REPORT] Mass effect 1 Completionist Trophy/Achievement

Question

Hi, I just completed the game with about 49 assignment done and all the Main quest bringing the total to 68 total quest (Sadly I cant really do more since im blocked out of the citadel in my playtrough). Even then, the trophy/achievement Completionist, which require to Complete the majority of the game, wont unlock. Is it possible to have any detail to how much mission it require to unlock?

Is it a bug? If yes is it planned to fix it?

I'm currently playing on PS5. From what I can tell from online posts, I've done enough to meet the criteria. I've linked a forum thread below where this was discussed in some detail:

I really dont want to do another playtrough if its just a glitch/bug.

Hey, sorry to bring bad news but I had to restart a game to get it. Decided to restart with the easiest difficulty and followed this guide https://masseffect.fandom.com/wiki/Completionist_Achievement_Guide

I got it about 4-5 mission into the UNC list.

I'm in the exact same situation as you, 49 assignments, can't do more since I'm locked out of the citadel and the trophy didn't appear
