BUG REPORT: ME1/Achievement/Medal of Exploration II - possible on one planet
It is possible to get this achievement when landing 4 times on same planet.
I got the achievement while landing on Tuntau twice. Please check it.

Seems pretty minor, and lots of folks will have it already, but still sounds like it's not right, thanks for reporting.
