BUG REPORT: ME1/Achievement/Medal of Exploration II - possible on one planet

It is possible to get this achievement when landing 4 times on same planet. I got the achievement while landing on Tuntau twice. Please check it. Steam/Origin.

    Seems pretty minor, and lots of folks will have it already, but still sounds like it's not right, thanks for reporting.
