Bug where Toombs treats Shepard like they were on Akuze

When confronting Corporal Toombs as a War Hero Shepard and choosing the Paragon dialogue option, he treated my Shepard as if he was on Akuze, and the rest of the conversation played out like that.

I just had this bug pop up as well. A known old bug seems like the kind of thing they'd want to fix in a "legendary edition"?
