Can not get Cerberus Pack PS3

Question

I bought a copy of the Mass Effect trilogy. I am now onto ME2, the game leaflet says to download cerberus pack via PS Store by going through in game options. I do this but the download content section is blank.

I go into PS Store manually and search it is not availiable. Via the store website it says I do not own ME2 (I have it in my PS3)

I spoke to EA live chat, was told they can not help me as they can only give help for a PC not PS3 when it comes to DLC and to talk to Sony. Speaking to Sony I get told they can not help, it is up to EA to help me.

Any suggestions? thanks

I have the same problem. EA helpers (all 3) basically told me to speak to the retailer which is bunkem as the retailer can't do anything. I can't even remember if the game is used or new. As codes are free now there is absolutely no reason why EA can't supply you or me with a code. I honestly don't believe they have no codes available for us. I think they simply don't care enough about PS3 owners and (in my case at least) UK PS3 owners.

I am trying to do a work around myself and will let you know if I am successful.

Needless to say i am not happy with EA.

This is totally unacceptable.&nbsp; If there is a problem they should just come out with it.It should be an extremely simple process to give people WHO PAID FOR THE GAME access to basic content.Where are the people from EA on this forum?&nbsp; Does anyone ever see any evidence of them here ever??

Very rarely, and the ones that do come here will just direct you back to EA support, they dont care enough to help.
