Cannot launch Steam-installed Mass Effect: Andromeda

Hi, I've read seemingly all relevant threads. I've tried setting different admin privileges and compatibility modes. I've tried clearing app cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, I've done a clean boot with only essential services.

Nothing has worked.

Upon trying to launch the game, the EA app pops up a small window which then disappears, the Windows task bar refreshes itself, and then the EA app main window reappears as if I hadn't launched anything.

Please help! I've attached the DxDiag file.

I only have Windows' built-in Defender as Antivirus, no others.

My AMD GPU (6900XT) and Windows are up to date.
