Cannot open mass effect game

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Mass Effect Trilogy from Origin. However, after dowload and install, I cannot open the game. I tried different way of opening the game, but they don't work. What happen is that after it says syncing to cloud, nothing happen afterward.

Please advise.

You have failed to provide enough information to even start making any WAGs, sorry. You must do better.

you wouldn't by chance be operating it on windows 8 would you? that might be the issue. that's whats going on with me

Just got a brand new upgraded comp with windows 8 and I am having the same problem. I'm on hold with the call center still.... uhg...
