Can't climb down a ladder on Namakli: Dig site

Question

Location: Making: Dig Site (Leviathan DLC)

I can get to activating the bridge (just after the banshee fight) I can cross the bridge and climb up the ladder and move across the top toward the down ladder. I try to get my character to climb down that ladder and he just gets stuck at the top of the ladder then after a few seconds he is back at the top. I can move my team members to the other side just not Sheppard. I have tried to reload the game. I have deleted the game and re-installed it, but nothing I do seems to work. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Just hold CTRL when you are aproaching ladders 🙂

Lowering resolution worked for me. This seems like the easiest fix. Good answer!

just look up (your viewer screen) when your climbing down.. its seen on you tube... thats what i do and it works all the time

Just had this issue. &nbsp;Solved it with a combo of switching to windowed mode and looking straight up
