Can't complete purchase of Shadow Broker dlc for Mass Effect 2 PC on Bioware Social Network

Hi,

I can't seem to complete the purchase of the Shadow Broker dlc for Mass Effect 2 PC on Bioware Social Network.

Everytime I click on 'Complete Purchase', it goes to a page which says 'Oops!! The page you are trying to access is not available.'

Following this, I have checked my available to download DLC content on my account and the DLC isn't there to download.

Is there a solution to this? Annoyingly, I just paid for 800 Bioware points to afford to pay for this DLC - now I'm stuck!

    Here is my post for the same issue in another thread...

    I had a similar issue but when I refreshed the page and went over to MY GAMES - MY REGISTERED CONTENT the DLC was visible (on BioWare webpage).

    So it's like the final checkout page is broken but the transaction completes properly.

    Have you checked your account profile for the DLC?
