can't connect to Cerberus Network on xbox 360

As the title says. Even tried redownloading the cerberus network via the XBL marketplace. Redownloaded gamertag, tried pretty much everything. Are the servers just non-existant anymore? I don't want to lose the ability to redownload DLC like Zaeed and firewalker...

Try and see if you can find "Cerberus Pack" in the marketplace. If not, you're probably experiencing the same issue as PS3 users are (who owns the retail copy).

This is what I wrote in another thread:

I've spoken to Sony and they've confirmed the issue. The reply from Sony reads:

"Thanks for your most recent contact with PlayStation Support about Mass Effect 2.

We have investigated the query you raised with us regarding Mass Effect 2 Cerberus Pack. Our engineers can confirm that the referred pack is only purchasable via PlayStation Store by those that own the digital version of the game.

Since this is the game publisher's decision, I have to refer you back to EA as only they are able to replace the voucher for you."

And EA support claims that the issue is being handled. I've tried to stir up the effort by demanding that an official statement regarding the issue to be posted as a sticky, and eventual updates to be posted in that sticky. Whether this will actually happen is questionable... but never the less, I tried.

Exit to the system settings, clear the game cache, reboot the game and the Cerberus Network panel should pop up almost instantly on the main menu
