Can't download Mass Effect Legendary edition on PC

hi  , iv been trying for 3 days now to install the game and no luck 

from the xbox app - nope 

from ea app - no 

after rest of the pc - no 

after ea recovory  - no 

re-install - no 

and all the other games are just fine  ! its only this game 

its just stuck on red spinning wheel or just give an error of "there was a problem...."

pls help me fix it !
