Can't download Mass Effect Legendary edition on PC

I cant download ME Legendary edidion at all. I do not own the game, i have it on EA Play (and i have that from xbox live ultimate). I have contacted microsoft support already, and we isolated the pro...

    Well, reporting a bug using the EA app must have helped, because it started to download

So I wanted to use my Xbox PC Game Pass subscription to play Mass Effect: Legendary Edition. However, the EA desktop app fails to download the game, citing that "This game is unavailable" and that "You are not eligible to play this game,". For anyone wondering, I don't have any age restrictions on my account so I don't think the error could be from that.

I have the same problem when trying to download Battlefield 1 Revolution off of Xbox game pass.
