Can't download Mass Effect Legendary edition on PC

@EA_Barry I have a similar issue but mine is a bit different as EA Desktop says I own the game the situation occured after I pre ordered (thought EA took the money out of my bank account and was wrong) then when they did try to take the money out I did not have the money in my bank account.  So EA Desktop thinks I own the game but the backend system says I don't I do have XBOX Game Pass PC with EA Play but Mass Effect Legendary Edition says I own it but I don't other EA Play Games I don't Own actually says included with EA Play Membership.  Only EA Desktop thinks I own this game.  Screenshots included.
