Can't download Mass Effect Legendary edition on PC

I cant download ME Legendary edidion at all. I do not own the game, i have it on EA Play (and i have that from xbox live ultimate). I have contacted microsoft support already, and we isolated the pro...

    Well, reporting a bug using the EA app must have helped, because it started to download

A week as  Pass and  still cannot download the game 

Try everything  . HOPE THEY  WILL  FIX IT
