Can't download Mass Effect Legendary edition on PC

I cant download ME Legendary edidion at all. I do not own the game, i have it on EA Play (and i have that from xbox live ultimate). I have contacted microsoft support already, and we isolated the pro...

    Well, reporting a bug using the EA app must have helped, because it started to download

Everytime I try to download it with Ea app, no matter what I do, it just gets stuck on calculating time and then eventually crashes

Any suggections

    @CyberWolfe404 

    Click on the three menu strips in the top left corner of the EA App > Help > App recovery.

    Restart your PC > Test.
