Can't get bonus powers because achievements don't work.

For example, in Mass Effect 2, Jacob is loyal as per the in-game screen where you can also check mail. He can use Barrier. However, Barrier is not available as a bonus power for that career or any other. Achievements seem to be broken in general in the legendary edition. There are several that I should have but don't. However, it's not like I don't have any.
