Can't log in to ME3 N7 HQ Site

What Happens When the Bug Occurs?: Clicking on the login link just reloads n7hq login page on PC and mobile platforms 

Frequency of Bug (e.g., every time, randomly, once): Every time

Steps to Reproduce the Bug (How can we find it ourselves?): Try logging in.

Were the troubleshooting steps followed? N/A

Can you reproduce the error on multiple browsers? Tried Chrome Brave and Edge. None work.

Which browser works and which does not? All fail login 

Can you add a screenshot of any errors?

Yeah changing the browser doesn't fix anything, it just loads the "get started" screen without logging in.

Protip: Don't mark as "solved" on behalf of the user.

so n7hq.masseffect.com is shut down.😥 the only way I can improve ME3 War Assets & Readiness Rating is by playing ME3 MP!🙄  wouldn't be so bad except for ME3 main screen logon glitch(due to one of the last DLC's corrupted data files, I think). I have to go off-line to get to the main game screen, then go back on-line & select sp or mp. 😒 can't accept or send invites in mp, only play solo or random battles.  this has happened before, usually when EA/BioWare programmers are working on new games/updates. keeping my fingers crossed N7HQ comes back again in the next couple days!🤞

It happens if you try to send the post with the text copied from your post. I had to convert mine to plain text in order to submit my answers to the form questions you listed.

Nope. Apparently it's meant to track the thread. Just reply to the thread with a filled out report for the CM. Not that I doubt there will be much deviation in the problem.

Date/Time of Occurrence: Started Friday, April 18th, 2025 and has been persistent since. Last successful login Thursday, April 17th, 2025 (I log in every single day twice a day to keep % as close to 100% as possible)

Type of Issue (e.g., crash, visual bug, login error): login error. 

Summary of the Bug: after login, site refreshes itself back to landing page without actual login. There is no way to load galaxy at war page

What Happens When the Bug Occurs?: identical as described by EA_Shepard. On Both Chrome and Edge, after login, site refreshes back to landing page. Not possible to reach/load galaxy at war page. On Edge, only the 1st attempt brought up the login page, and it did not forward to galaxy at war after login. After that very 1st attempt, all subsequent attempts skip login page and refresh to landing page without login. On Chrome, since I already normally log in every day 2x/day, the login page was never brought up.

Frequency of Bug (e.g., every time, randomly, once): every single attempt to login, 24/7. I've tried multiple times at different times of the day Since Friday April 18th.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug (How can we find it ourselves?): Just try to login and load galaxy at war page. Even manually entering the address https://n7hq.masseffect.com/galaxy_at_war triggers a refresh back to landing page. 

Were the troubleshooting steps followed? Yes, exactly as suggested. 

Can you reproduce the error on multiple browsers? Yes, on Chrome and Edge on PC, android phone and android tablet

Which browser works and which does not? Chrome and Edge do not work. Have not found a browser that works.

Can you add a screenshot of any errors? There are no error messages, the site simply refreshes back to landing page as if login never happened.
