Why is the reply "marked as solution for visibility" not a solution..? I still can't log in; can anyone else?
Nope. Apparently it's meant to track the thread. Just reply to the thread with a filled out report for the CM. Not that I doubt there will be much deviation in the problem.
Deranged_Kali thank you for your explanation. I can't think of a worse way to track an open problem than by marking it as already having been solved...but here we are; thanks again.
Community ManagerRDMyersJr You're really not wrong. I am not crazy fond of it, but here I can't change the colors of the text to say under investigation like I was before, yet, and the resolution is misleading for sure.
BUT - I do have someone looking into the page, though. It is a site issue, not a player side issue, and thankfully, an easy one. Just waiting for an update.
