Can't see other players on multiplayer PC ME3MP

This has happened to me twice in a row on different days in the same week, since the last origin update.

I turn on my PC, open Origin, go straight into ME3, right into Multiplayer. I adjust my character (Asari Justicar), once stopping at the store for a Jumbo Equipment Pack, one time not. Search for a game: Random map, random enemy, Silver round. I join a game in progress, and I can't see any allies on the map. Enemies are visble, randomly dying. Voice chat works, I can communicate with others, but they aren't visible. No combat drones, no turrets, just me and enemies. I can be revived by others, so I have connection. Leaderboard only shows me.

At the end of Wave 11, I get a leaderboard, again with only me. Once I get into the lobby, I see the other players, and the game continues as expected.

This only happens when joining a game already in progress. I'll do some more testing over the next couple of days to see if I can duplicate this issue on other than the first game of the day.

What can I give the software engineers so they can troubleshoot this issue?
