The Geth Flyers aren't the only objective you have to disable as there are other three things you need to do: destroy a triangulating device, some satellite uplinks and don't divert the alarms to Kirrahe position.

I have done the following:
- Disrupt the Geth Communication
- Destroyed the Satellite Uplink
- Destroyed the Geth Flyers
- Disable Alarm on the Security Console
I went back to do a third run-through of the Virmire Mission and was able to save Capt Kirahee. So I'm wondering if there's a glitch in the system where sometime it works and at other times it doesn't? I've notice the Remaster of ME1 I'm finding a lot of random glitches i.e. Garrus being stuck in mid-air at the Spectre Introduction Inauguration. This only happened once, but nonetheless it did happen.
