Yes, and many more haven't as it seems.
This could be a problem with corrupted game files, config files, audio drivers, audio setting, windows files, audio hardware, mods and so on.
It also could be a bug, but without even trying the most basic troubleshooting nobody can say.
Very True. I had to do the troubleshooting on Day 2 when the game was released and it fixed a couple things.
