Character Creator - Eyebrows, why can't we change them?

Absolutely.  The Character Creator is surprisingly limited in this game considering some of the good ones we've been treated to in recent years.

The only thing I can guess is that, despite them being poor, it may have something to do with the complexity of animating the faces in this game.

I don't know.  It's just a guess.  Otherwise, I don't understand why it seems like the creator has taken some steps backwards.
