Citadel DLC purchase error, but I lost the money anyway
I've recently tried buying the Citadel DLC for ME3 and all went well until I got to the EA order processing screen. After a while, I got an error (it looked something like "NS1000", but I closed the window too soon and yes I know I should have waited), I went to check my credit card and the cost of the DLC was detracted.
I've also received the confirmation email from Moneybookers, but when I go to my profile to review the order history Citadel isn't there (Lair of the Shadow Broker for ME2 is, I guess I got lucky with that one).
What should I do?
EDIT: I've bought From Ashes successfully WITHOUT using Moneybookers but entering all the card information manually. It seems to me Moneybookers was the problem. I still lost 1200 Bioware points worth of money and I'd like some closure on this.
EDIT 2: Yes, Moneybookers definitely seems to be the problem. There was a message that mentioned being charged without your digital content being delivered, but it mentioned a link to EA's site (which is in no way what allowed me to effectively buy DLCs again). If that is how I should do things then lesson learned, don't use the MB shortcut. I didn't know after buying Lair of the Shadow Broker (in which it asked me to register to Moneybookers and it worked, but I think only because I had to input card information as well and not use just that).
At least I hope Bioware got the money and it didn't get lost in some international virtual banking black hole. If they got it I can live with that. I will still refrain from retrying to buy the Citadel for a few days in case a solution is found.
First, this is user-to-user support, we cannot help you with any transaction errors etc. For account related issues you'll have to contact official EA help: https://help.ea.com/ (If you want to speak to a Live Chat Advisor, choose "United States" at the bottom as country)
Second, did you look in Origin under "Game Details" of ME3 if Citadel is listed as owned?
