I recently bought a copy of Mass Effect 2 off of Amazon.co.uk and the Cerberus Network code that came with the game expired 2 years before I purchased the game and it is a brand new copy. I don't suppose there's anyway of getting a renewed code or something because you cant buy the Pack on the PSN Store.

The Cerberus Network has been discontinued. Normally, all DLC in the Cerberus Network should be free for anyone.
People have reported issues with the PSN regarding the Cerberus Network before. If you can't download any of the free DLCs (Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site, etc.) contact EA support or Sony to get it sorted out.
It seems to be an issue on the PlayStation Store's end. This has been a problem for months but it seems like it's not much of a priority when it comes to fixing it. The Cerberus Pack should be free to download and was for a while. PS3 users shouldn't need to go through any extra steps when 360 and PC users don't.
