I actually sorta wished that the me 2 was the real cerbereus not the cartoon vilian they was in me 3 ye sure they did bad things in me 1 too but not to that degree you could argue that tim's original goal was noble he simply lost his mind along the way

TIM could try talking up cerberus all he wanted but I don't think he was really fooling anyone. Noble goals mean nothing when your methods of execution is anything but.. i mean even in ME3, that facility they had turning everyone into husks... was just another reminder that the means of cerberus didn't ever justify the end goals.
