I actually sorta wished that the me 2 was the real cerbereus not the cartoon vilian they was in me 3 ye sure they did bad things in me 1 too but not to that degree you could argue that tim's original goal was noble he simply lost his mind along the way

The Cerberus of ME2 didn't actually exist as we 'saw it'. All those people on the Normandy SR2 were chosen because they were basically the least xenophobic and ruthless. Or could fake it well enough (Miranda for example).TIM was borderline indoctrinated before he gets his grubby mitts on the remains of the Human Reaper, which finished the job.
