Got the same problem after reinstalling OS and switching frim Win7 32-bit to Win7 64-bit.
Four months later and not a single reply from anyone who represents EA. This isn't acceptable - could someone from EA please get their act together and report this to your development team as I'm sick to death of cancelling this DLC check every time I launch the client.
