However canon is different for everyone depending on their choices, like all of Mass Effect. Something easily rectified by asking the players a couple of questions based on the choices they made - if they ever need to.
At this stage though, I think the best direction for Andromeda is to keep it distanced from the MW events as much as possible. Andromeda has its own story and mysteries to solve we don't really need to go back to the MW ones at this point.

Ah Yes the milky way all signs have already dismissed the contiuned existence of the milky way this theortical survival people keep insisting on seems based on the inability to move on
Andromeda is a new start the milky way will not be revisited hopefully that saga is finished let it be done
