I bought Mass Effect Legendary Edition on pc off steam. And some sounds are out of sync. Especially during the dialogues where the scene will progress but the speeches come in late and get cut off. Npc's lips will move but will not talk till seconds later. please if anyone knows how to fix this please help

After your first meeting with the council, Ashley and Kaiden have a small amount of elevator dialogue that seems to be lower of volume compared to any other instance in the game.
It could also just be the character combination, but regardless, their volume is lower than other elevator dialogue instances in the citadel.
Playing Mass Effect Legendary Edition , Mass Effect 1. ALL conversations start out out of sync...silence, with the characters moving their mouths, then audio finally kicks in. Happens with every conversation. Audio syncs with animations after first or second dialog choice. Nothing fixes the issue.
Character animation "freaks out" occasionally during missions. On Eden Prime, character was fine. Holstered weapon. Pulled it out again, and character freaked out. Arms straight out at 45 deg down angle. Unable to aim or fire correctly. Exiting game and restarting launcher resolves issue.
Occasionally, the game will pause for 1/2 to 1 sec, then catch up. Seems random.
I have a similar issue with the Origin version.
Same issue for me on Origin. If it doesnt get fixed soon I'm gonna get a refund. Its ruining the experience
I also have this problem, but it has happened in all my elevator scenes so far at the Citadel. I've only just become a Spectre, but the problems has occurred consistently and squad-mates are barely audible.
News reports seem to be fine. Could be Ashley as she has been a common factor for me
Don't think I had this specific issue. I'm pretty sure the sound is out of sync though. Some parts of random dialogue would drop in volume.

I’m having this occur on Xbox One X. I’m set to the default audio (nothing special there) so, this is clearly a bug.
Nothing special. I'm using a PC, with a Realtek HD Audio chip (on the motherboard), leveraging the old 3.5mm audio cable to my speakers. Most dialog is ok, after the initial stages of the discussions. @EA_Atic
