ea access discount on mass effect 2 dlc

I have an XBOX One subscribed to EA Access for one month and have already been enjoying the games in The Vault. I just finished Mass Effect 1 and want to move on to Mass Effect 2, which are both backwards compatible on the XBOX One. I notice there is a lot of DLC available, many of which contain achievements which I am very focused on obtaining. According to EA Access there is :
10% MEMBER DISCOUNT
• Automatically save 10% on EA digital purchases on Xbox One.
• Applies to full games, season passes, DLC, and Ultimate Team points.
After looking at the microsoft store and I have seen the price for all the DLC I want comes to around $31 US. My question is wondering if there is truly a 10% discount if I buy these dlc's either through the xbox or through my windows browser? I ask because it does not seem to show a discounted price much like it does for more recent games. For example I bought the Battlefield 1 Season Pass and the discount was clearly marked and I was billed correctly.
Finally, and along the same line, is there any bundle for all the Mass Effect 2 DLC's? I am guess not but wanted to ask anyway.
