EA App saves not syncing between devices

Hi all,

I have EA App with Mass Effect Legendary edition installed on my PC.

I also have it installed on my Lenovo Legion Go.

Unfortunately, the saves are not being synced - same account is logged in on both devices.

How can I force a sync?
