EA App saves not syncing between devices

Question

Hi all,I have EA App with Mass Effect Legendary edition installed on my PC.I also have it installed on my Lenovo Legion Go.Unfortunately, the saves are not being synced - same account is logged in on both devices.How can I force a sync?
