I can confirm this is NOT intentional and is on EVERY difficulty setting. The audio triggers are still at the kett and remnant spawn locations just no spawns there any longer.
Starting to really want my damn $99 back this not being able to fix one thing without breaking 6 more things is really starting to * me off.
