Falling Bug during cutscene
I keep getting a critical mission failure after completing Priority: Citadel during the after cutscene with Bailey. I assume the player model is falling through the map to their death. Any known fix?

Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair)
