[FIXED] Unable to authorize From Ashes DLC (CASE #08000915)

I own Mass Effect 3: Digital Deluxe Edition (and the Collector's Edition, more details below) Case #08000915 Long story short, my online pass went *poof* when I needed to do a Weekend Challenge fix...

    Fixed. I contacted an advisor for a third time (this time presenting my case number) and was extremley helpful! Literally it took less than 10 minutes to re-authorize the DLC.

    I guess it depends on who you talk to.

You are so luck.  I'm on my 5th person and 8 attempt to get someone to help me.  No one has helpped and they even had me removed and reinstall the game and all the dlc ☹️
