FPS drops on uncharted worlds

Hey @thesumes Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

Getting the same issue in the Mako, almost all uncharted worlds stutter like crazy from 200fps down to 30 fps, huge frame pacing issues. Attaching DXdiag.

Note: X57 DLC has no issues with frame rate in the mako, it runs flawlessly across the entire map.

Hello, I have the same problem. Very high smooth fps all around but hard stutter every3-4 seconds on uncharted worlds.

Same issue. On Therum, the battle with the Geth outside the ruin where Liara is was absolutely horrendous. Probably below 30fps. On the way to her location in the Mako I was getting a lot of stuttering. Doing a side mission on another uncharted world had a lot of stuttering as well.

I also get a lot of stuttering on the uncharted worlds. At first I though it was because my computer couldn't handle the snow and wind effects but it seems to happen on almost every planet, effects or no. They're not completely unplayable, but it's very annoying.

Edited to add: I just went to Feros and that worked perfectly fine, but Luna before that was really bad. I didn't have any problems on Eden Prime or the Citadel either, so seems that it's only the uncharted planets.

Same issue, only on uncharted worlds. Capping FPS seems to help, but not fix the problem.

I disabled v-sync and capped the fps and it helped but I've only been on a couple of uncharted planets so far. 

It does help slightly, but not completely. I capped to 120 FPS (as that is my screen's refresh rate) and it still stutters frequently.

After the latest update, I'm having the same issue with my GPU usage being maxed out when it happens.  I have a 2080 super, ME shouldn't be maxing at my card like that.
