FPS low in Full Screen

When I play windowed (maximized) it's all good, it runs smoothly (~55-60 fps) but when I play full screen, it jerks (20-25 fps).

I have version 1.07 (it was not working smoothly full screen with 1.06)

CPU AMD FX 8320

2 x GPU AMD R9 270 (driver up to date)

It was working just fine full screen 2 days ago. I have no clue what changed since then.

I attached the DXDiag file

Thank you very much!!

  • Sounds like negative crossfire scaling. Tried with CF disabled?

Just in case there was a windows update a few days ago that seemed to have affected R9 200series cards - this is for swtor for example - Link

Unsure what effect has been for other games

It turns out it was the crossfire..

After disabling it from the radeon driver, it was correct! It convinced myself by enabling it (jerking agai'n) then disabling it again (all good)!

Glad to hear. Not much that can be done to it, other than wait for a new driver or CF profile. May want to check out AMD forums if there is anything there regarding MEA/CF.
