Huh. I just found one more Remnant puzzle on Havarl that leads to a Fusion mod I had never seen before. After you activate the Vault, there's a 'deactivated' Remnant console in one of those random side caves (I think it was near the first Monolith where you rescue the scientists). Kill the one Roekar that was looking at it, activate the new console and start following a chain that leads you (via a couple of jump up platforms and horizontal gravity wells and the new puzzle) to a small chamber above the tunnel that leads from the bridge to the eastern area. And get your shiny new Fusion Mod.[EDIT - Updated Map]

It's the only good one in the game, I use it on all my chas hehe :eahigh_file:

LOL, I am not a big fan of it, because of the negatives. Sure if you are on lower difficulties or fighting trash mobs you are fine, but it doubles or adds 50% to your cooldowns if you aren't killing stuff. When facing harder enemies or bosses it would be a big negative. I am running a level 66 through NG+ insanity, and the idea of having double cooldowns is not what I want. I use the one that just lowers all biotic cooldowns by 50% right now, or use one for more damage. But great thing is, to each his own...use what you like, and get them all just because more choices is better.

Thanks for this post @arthurh3535 got the Fusion mod and netted me the Cartographer Achievement at the same time. Was wondering where I'd find one more puzzle on my first char's play-thru when I was pretty much done with her run and this got me my 20th puzzle solve so YAY!!!!

You will need to complete almost all of havarl before this unlocks. You wont find anything there before you complete the vault.

in my first pt, the remnant consoles bugged out, so i couldn't get to the chest. i tried for like 3 hours before calling it quits thinking i was just missing something, only to find out in my next pt that it was just broken in my previous run. *sigh*

Am assuming you completed all quest of havarl... Even the quest on the scanning the mutated animals.Try again after the patch and see if you can get it this time... It's one of the best fusion mods in the game, never used any others lol.

TBH, I've yet to use any fusion mods ...even taking the perk that reduces the negatives by half, I still don't like any of them just cuz I feel those negatives hurt me more than the positives help me. I will be looking for this new one mentioned in the OP though seeing as I've cleared the planet.
EDIT: how do you get more than one of a fusion mod type? I see the OP's pic shows he's got multiples of at least one fusion mod but I'm almost positive I've only found one of each type that I've found so far.

The change to the Resistance Fusion Mod makes it pretty good even without the Cryopod perk. It's not that hard to hit 100ish now, which is a pretty hefty percentage of damage mitigation. and now that evading doesn't actually hurt you, a lot less worry about Sync Kills.

hmm, you can get to level 100+ in the game? How? I've pretty much done everything I can. I have two quests in my log; 1 i can't complete cuz the Angaaran won't talk to me again on Nexus and the other is a scan thing for APEX and I'm not sure what I need to scan to get 20/20 even though it looks like I've unlocked every Codex entry based off another post here.
EDIT: aww shoot, I think you were talking about dmg resistance there weren't ya? not level lols
