Summarize your bug Fusion Mod Support benefit from the Commerce tab of my AVP interface states that it 'Cuts all Fusion Mod Penalties in half', however since taking this perk it has shown some of my Fusion Mod BENEFITS to be completely negated. This hasn't occurred with all of my fusion mods, specifically it is showing that the Fusion Mod of Adrenaline's 'X% on Kill: Recharge All Active Powers' to be changed from 100% to now showing 0%. Also, it has changed the Fusion Mod of Robotics Tech Construct Damage to a 0% buff, but has left the Construct Health buff of 25% alone.

Ok  i've summarised all the fusion mods that i have available for my Ryder below:

As far as i can see most are reporting the correct stats?  but Fusion Mod of Robotics, and Fusion Mod of Tech Mastery appear to show inconsistent stats for the Fusion mod, in fact the Fusion Mod of Tech mastery should show  a negative state for biotic powers but instead shows +% instead.  Anyway all summarised below...

    Fusion Mod of Adrenaline:

-25% All Power Recharge Speeds. (usually -50%)

0% on Kill: Recharge all Active Powers  < not sure if broken?  doesn't this just recharge all powers when you kill something anyway?

    Fusion Mod of Biotic Mastery

    +30% Biotic Power Damage

    -10% Melee Damage (usually -20%)

    -10% Weapon Damage (usually -20%)

-10% Tech Power Damage (usually -20%)

-10% Combat Power Damage (usually -20%)

    Fusion Mod of Health:

    +100% Max Health

    -25% Max Shields (usually -50%)

    Fusion Mod of Hovering:

    +100% Hover Duration

    -15% Weapon Damage (Usually -30%)

    Fusion Mod of Rapid Deployment:

    +50% All Power Recharge Speeds

    -15% Weapon Damage (usually -30%)

    Fusion Mod of Resistance

    +20 Damage Resistance

    -5% Weapon Damage

    -5% Power Damage

    -5% Melee Damage

    Fusion Mod of Robotics

    +25% Tech Construct Health

0% Tech Construct Damage (This should be +25% Tech Construct damage) *BUG*

    -25% Max Shields

    Fusion Mod of Rupture

    +25% Weapon/Headshot/Weak Point Bonus

-35% Weapon Clip Size (usually -70%)

    Fusion Mod of Shielding:

    +50% Max Shields

    -25% Max Health (usually -50%)

    Fusion Mod of Tech Mastery

    +30% Tech Power Damage

+10% Biotic Power Damage (Why does this show as +10% and not -10%) **BUG**

    -10% Weapon Damage  (usually -20%)

    -10% Melee Damage (usually -20%)

-10% Combat Power Damage (usually -20%)

This Support Perk Bug STILL EXISTS IN 2021.

I'm using the FUSION MOD OF SHIELDING, and while the detrimental effect has been lowered by half, the benefit that should be 50% is about 27% (rounded up).
