Galaxy map error

After verifying the files on steam the error is still there. Here is the DxDiag
The WER (Windows error reporting) part of the DxDiag is empty. Meaning there is unfortunately not much info to be found in the file.
You did finished the "Citadel: Expose Saren" mission?
Yes i finished that mission.I went to the citadel because i had some side quests to complete there.
This is a very strange error.
