Game breaking! Stuck on Feros on Prothean skyway

I’ve only seen one other person talk about this issue. I get stuck at the door going back to Zhu’s hope after I stop the mako for Lyzbeth. The door will not open. Geth spawn on the other side but I cannot get the door to open at all. I play on PS4. Is there going to be a patch for this? Cause that’s a story mission. Can’t really complete the game if you get stuck at a story mission. I’ve tried multiple options from restarting the mission to restarting an entire character. I always get stuck at the same spot. 

Also I’ve been able to get past this point before with MELE. This just recently happened.

    @agentman9 So this is happening after you've finished up in ExoGeni and Lizbeth hops out of the Mako after hearing her mother on the radio, right?

    Just to be sure, you left the Mako as well to finish the conversation and situation with Jeong before heading back to Zhu's Hope, right?

    Did you equip the Anti-Thorian Gas upgrade?

    Yes. I went and got the anti-thorian gas. I was able to use intimidate on Joeong. Still I got stuck.  

    I found a solution though: uninstall and reinstall the game, and start a new character again. This time it seems to have worked but that was a very odd glitch.
