Game crashes during ME2 Purgatory Mission

Hi everyone. I'm playing through the Purgatory mission to recruit Jack and my game keeps crashing when I get to the loading screen at the end of the level. The loading screen just freezes for one second and then drops me to the Home Screen. 

I'm playing on the Xbox One with a physical copy. I've restarted the Warden Kuril fight several times, I've restarted the whole mission, and I even went back to an older save prior to when I started the mission. It just keeps crashing at the loading screen after I get the mission summary report. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
