And just like that, we should have a fix in place. Those of you who are impacted by this, can you right click on your game tile and click Repair Game? You should be asked to download ~600 megs of extra data. If you're not, please let me know.

So I've been to every place accessible now without progressing the story further (no Liara, no Noveria or Feros) that's pretty much it.
The planets affected are:
Edolus
Luna
Presrop
Solcrum
Agebinium
AND each has a UNC quest related to them (not ordered with the above list of planets):
Rogue VI
Geth Incursions
Espionage Probe
Missing Marines
Major Kyle
At this point I either start a new character for kicks or I put the series on hold until a solution is found. Sucks, as a completionist I really need to do these before I advance ><.

Including the planets above, I am also getting crashes on these planets:
Amaranthine
Tuntau
Luna
Those planets are associated with UNC missions mostly while planet Tuntau is the planet for Wrex's family armor mission.
The UNC missions affected for me also using planets listed above are:
UNC: Hostile Takeover - Amaranthine
Wrex: Family Armor - Tuntau
UNC: Rogue AI - Luna
I also don't think it's character related so starting a new one would be a waste of time because it would still occur seeing so many people are having the same errors on the same planets and areas of the game.
